2. What will we use your data for?
In general, your personal data will be used to contact you and provide you with our services.
The personal data you provide us through the job application forms, as well as those included in your curriculum vitae, will only be used for you to participate in the different selection processes we organize.
They may also be used for other activities, such as sending you advertising or promoting our activities.

3. Why do we need to use your data?
Your personal data is necessary for us to be able to contact you and provide you with our services. In this regard, we will provide you with a number of checkboxes that will allow you to decide clearly and easily on the use of your personal information.

4. Who will know the information we ask for?
In general, only the personnel of our entity that is duly authorized will be able to have knowledge of the information that we ask for.
Similarly, in order to provide you with our services some entities may have access to your personal information. For example, our bank will know your details if payment for our services is made by card or bank transfer.
Likewise, we are obliged to provide your personal data to those public or private entities in order to comply with any law. To give you an example, the Tax Law obliges to provide the Tax Office with certain information on economic transactions that exceed a certain amount.

5. How will we protect your data?
We will protect your data with effective security measures depending on the risks involved in the use of your information.
To this end, our entity has approved a Data Protection Policy and annual controls and audits are carried out to verify that your personal data is safe at all times.

6. Will we send your data to other countries?
There are countries in the world that are safe for your data and others that are not so safe. For example, the European Union is a safe environment for your data. Our policy is not to send your personal information to any country that is not safe from a data protection point of view.
In the event that, in order to provide you with the service, it is essential to send your data to a country that is not as safe as Italy, we will always ask for your permission beforehand and will apply effective security measures to reduce the risks of sending your personal information to another country.

7. How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data during our relationship and as long as we are required by law. Once the applicable legal deadlines have finished, we will delete your data in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
Your personal data provided for a job application or a recruitment process will be retained for a period of one year from the date of submission. Once this period has expired, we will proceed to securely delete them.

You can contact us at any time to find out what is the information we have about you, to correct it if it is incorrect and to delete it after our relationship has ended, if this is legally possible.
You also have the right to request the transfer of your information to another entity. This right is called "portability" and may be useful in certain situations.
To request any of these rights, you must make a written request to our address, along with a photocopy of your ID card, so that we can identify you.

    Formulating a claim at the Italian Data Protection Agency does not involve any cost and the assistance of a lawyer or solicitor is not necessary.

11. Will we draw up profiles about you?
Our policy is not to create profiles about the users of our services.
However, there may be situations in which, for service provision purposes, commercial or otherwise, we need to prepare profiles of information about you. An example might be the use of your purchase or service history to provide you with products or services tailored to your interests or needs.
