Comments

Agarose MP is suited for the electrophoresis of proteins and nucleic acids and can be used for a broad range of fragment sizes, just by altering the gel concentration. It is a high gel strength agarose, designed for conventional constant field to 'pulse field gel electrophoresis' (PFGE). It dissolves easily in a microwave and can be used in all buffer systems at working concentrations from 0.4 - 2%. For the separation of linear DNA fragments with a size of ≤ 50 kb to 100 bp Agarose MP is the agarose of choice. It has a very low DNA binding capacity and is suited for blotting experiments, analytical and preparative gels.
